All proceeds from this symposium will go to Operation Walk Canada, a volunteer medical services organization dedicated to providing total joint arthroplasty to indigent patients in Guatemala and Ecuador.

ABOUT THE SYMPOSIUM

Of interest to practitioners caring for the hip and knee arthroplasty population: Physiotherapists, Family Physicians, Registered Nurses and Nurse Practitioners, Massage Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Occupational and Physical Therapy Assistants.

This will be an In-Person symposium with a Live-Stream option. A full recording of the program will be available to registrants for 2 weeks after May 2.

FORMAT

  • Didactic Sessions

  • Attendee-based question & answer session and round table discussion with University Hospital Arthroplasty Consultants

  • Small group break-out sessions providing attendees with a hands-on look at total knee components and total knee arthroplasty. Participants will experience a saw bones lab and perform a mock TKA in small groups while being mentored by arthroplasty surgeons and component specialists.
