The Most Rewarding and Fulfilling Work

Living in Canada it can be easy to take some things for granted, such as access to timely and specialized medical care. But for the Guatemalans living with pain and a myriad of medical issues, this is simply the norm. As we near 1,000 total patients now living pain-free with state of the art joints, nothing has been taken for granted. This is entirely due to the selfless dedication of the Operation Walk Volunteers and Donors.

Ask any one of the OW Volunteers why they devote their time and talents to this gruelling week of care and they’ll say it’s the most rewarding and fulfilling work they’ve ever done.
